Zero tolerance is a way to eliminate undesirable behaviour among employees and provide an automatic punishment for violating company rules. If any agent falls under ZTP, case can directly forward to HR for termination.
Below points are covered under ZTP:
- Call Ignorance (If agent directly disconnect the call through dialer).
- Abusing to the Patient/Customer during the call.
- Misbehave with the Patient/Customer on basis of “Voice, Gender, Religion.
- Laughing on call.
- Cut the Patient / Customer call without completion by user.
- Any agent found or used any drugs in company premises.
- Sexual harassment.
